POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of EHS Programs &amp; Training is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs and training initiatives at Republic Services. Partner with L&amp;D and Communications to ensure messaging and delivery align with branding and culture standards.</li><li>Leads investigations of major incidents, ensuring root cause analysis, regulatory-compliant reporting, and timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Serves as a key liaison between corporate and field teams to integrate EHS programs into operational workflows and long-term planning.
