Set the tone for teamwork, discipline, and excellence.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Experience/Education<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">5+ years of hands-on engineering or operations experience in manufacturing.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in high-tech, automotive, or similar industries.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and disciplined change control.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Proven success launching new products to production (hitting targets for yield, quality, and cost.)</li></ul>Preferred Knowledge<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Background in EV systems (high-voltage battery modules, interconnects, or power distribution).</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP/FAI, and other automotive-grade quality systems.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Experience negotiating with suppliers, integrators, and partners.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Excellent communicator, able to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.</li></ul> Travel Travel up to 20% to CelLink sites, vendors, integrators, and customer locations as needed.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here represent those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
