This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that boost plant capacity, strengthen local supply chains, and lower the carbon footprint of construction worldwide.  Key Responsibilities  Project Execution &amp; Technical Leadership <ul><li>Perform engineering design evaluations to ensure technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and communicate detailed project execution  plans for project completion, including deliverables, work specifications, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, risks &amp; issue registers and change control management. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor project progress and performance such as tracking spend vs budget, schedule slippages, change requests etc and proactively address progress &amp; technical challenges to enable execution excellence. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure health, safety, environment (HSE) and regulatory compliance during project delivery.  </li></ul> Strategic &amp; Commercial Support <ul><li>Collaborate with business development and commercial teams to deliver robust technical input for project proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations. </li></ul> Financial and Operational Discipline <ul><li>Support the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, reflecting the economics of capital-intensive deployments. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards throughout project execution. </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee project documentation: produce and maintain SOPs, technical deliverables and reports.  </li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul><li>Work closely with project teams, EPC firms, field operations, and strategic partners to ensure technical feasibility, alignment project objectives and ensure smooth execution. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate 3rd party vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure contract deliverables, quality, schedule adherence and cost alignment. </li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a bridge between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align around Carbon Upcycling’s industry-focused strategy. </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical, Process; Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in project engineering, project management, or project planning within heavy industry, building materials, or cement. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with cement plants, solid material handling, and field operations strongly preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to manage capital-intensive projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with EPC firm collaborations and change management processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel up to 25%. </li></ul> Why Join Us? At Carbon Upcycling, your work drives meaningful progress toward a low-carbon future. Carbon Upcycling Technologies (“CUT”) was formed to use the pollution of today to build the materials of tomorrow by converting CO2 gas into solid products.
