<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Resident Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><ul><li>Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and technical staff</li><li>Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards</li><li>Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during construction</li><li>Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, change orders, and technical submittals</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control and safety procedures on-site</li><li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team</li></ul>
