Our team consists of passionate and experienced engineers, technicians, and assemblers who work on a wide range of problems in a highly collaborative work environment.We are currently looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support the manufacturing team in the production of oscilloscopes, probes, and cables.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute documented assembly procedures, both electrical and mechanical:<ul><li>Product assembly by using a microscope and/or hand tools.</li><li>Hand soldering assembly of high precision small components.</li></ul></li><li>Perform data entry into the manufacturing database.</li><li>Attend cell meetings:<ul><li>Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Communicate issues, concerns, and questions to manufacturing engineering.</li></ul></li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Job Knowledge and Skills:<ul><li>Good eye/hand coordination.</li><li>Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be able to read and understand English.</li><li>Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently.</li><li>Must be able to maneuver 25 lb. equipment.</li><li>Things that are a plus and will help you stand out.<ul><li>Soldering experience</li><li>Microscope experience</li><li>Genuine interest in manufacturing as a career path</li><li>IPC J-Std-001 and/or IPC-A-610</li><li>Experience with UV glue or epoxy</li><li>Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office)</li><li>Ability to read and understand PCBA documents, diagrams, and schematics</li></ul></li></ul>  Salary Range: $32,300.00-$43,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
