Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Customer account management;</li><li>Processing and reconciling incoming customer payments in our ERP system;</li><li>Supervising the Coupa Platform and booking the monthly netting statement;</li><li>Clarification of payment differences and monitoring in collaboration with local entity’s Finance and Sales Managers;</li><li>Arranging the transfer of bonuses, commissions and over- &amp; wrong payments;</li><li>Maintenance of new and existing SAP customer accounts;</li><li>Check and analysis of daily revision logs;</li><li>Qualified check of the EU customer data (VAT ID, name, legal form, address) at the Federal Central Tax Office;</li><li>Check of Participations list of Freudenberg Group and definition of specific actions (changes and mergers);</li><li>Invoice issuing for licenses &amp; different services;</li><li>Posting of asset disposals;</li><li>Interest &amp; cashpool booking including affiliated procedures before month closing;</li><li>Generating reports for the German Federal Central Office for Taxes;</li><li>Obtaining proof of export certificates for customs purposes;</li><li>Generating certificates of entry in the EU for VAT purposes;</li><li>Set up foreign exchange transaction in Coupa based on the monthly cashpool amounts for foreign currencies, and post them in SAP;</li><li>Support onboarding and training of new hires;</li><li>Confirmation of account balance between Freudenberg entities for audit purpose.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor in Economics or similar;</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar position / BPO industry;</li><li>Advanced English and Spanish knowledge;</li><li>Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);</li><li>Experience in working with SAP represents an advantage;</li><li>Independent and responsible way of working;</li><li>Good communication skills verbally and written;</li><li>Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;</li><li>High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area;</li><li>Collaborative skills and a strong team-oriented mindset including openness for knowledge-sharing.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
