Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Operate forklifts to move, locate, stack, load, and unload merchandise within the plant and onto trucks/trailers in the yard.</li><li>Package products according to customer specifications.</li><li>Verify accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments; report any quality variances.</li><li>Safely unload inbound shipments and store merchandise efficiently in designated areas.</li><li>Manage inventory using SAP ByDesign and assist with physical inventory counts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards; complete all required documentation.</li><li>Prepare shipping documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.</li><li>Conduct daily visual inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.</li><li>Maintain a safe work environment by using required PPE and following safety protocols.</li><li>Support the Quality Management System by adhering to documented processes and procedures.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>2–3 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.</li><li>Strong forklift operation skills with completion of a certified training program.</li><li>Above-average computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Solid understanding of Occupational Health &amp; Safety, WHMIS, and TPM standards.·Demonstrated leadership qualities including:</li><li>Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Participating in team-based activities and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Supporting cross-training and skill development.</li><li>Celebrating team successes and encouraging peer growth.</li><li>Modeling respectful, responsible, and consistent behavior.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
