Partnering with the CEO, engineering and strategy teams, you will lead commercial partnership development efforts with consumer-facing ('downstream') partners. In this capacity, your responsibilities will center around:</div><div><br></div><div><b>Go-to-market and value proposition:</b></div><div>- Conduct customer discovery to best understand customer needs and priorities</div><div>- Contribute to refining of go-to-market strategy based on internal business intelligence and external customer engagement</div><div><b>Commercial partnerships:</b></div><div>- Spearhead the development of new commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements with key consumer brands, positioning Dioxycle as a trusted provider of sustainable materials and an industry-defining brand</div><div>- Work hand-in-hand with legal counsel and the finance team to build creative commercial agreements</div><div>- Participate in trade shows and events to develop key relationships with targeted customers and relevant industry organizations</div><div><b>Effective Communication and Reporting</b>:</div><div>- Deliver clear, concise and timely updates to all stakeholders, emphasizing project milestones, sustainability achievements, and strategic insights for ongoing improvement.</div><div><br></div><div>We seek a <b>Head of Business Development</b> who is dedicated to advancing our mission and possesses the skills outlined below. Candidates with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
