We already raised &gt;EUR 100mn, but have much bigger plans still. This ranges from hands-on preparing materials (pitch decks, financial models) to negotiation support. </li><li>You run our annual strategy cycle and support business planning efforts through goal setting etc. </li><li>You run core strategic initiatives within LeydenJar and drive the implementation of important partnerships. Topics we’ve been involved in include (i) securing long term supply chain partnerships, (ii) developing giga-scale manufacturing concepts and (iii) supporting overseas customer technology implementation.</li><li>Support Leadership Team with decision support analyses on a range of ad-hoc matters.</li></ol>You are someone who…<ul><li> Passionate about deep and clean tech and want to make your mark on a fast-growing scale-up company. </li><li>Has a master's degree from a top University. Technical background is valued, but not required.</li><li> 3-10 years of working experience in a high-performance environment. Examples include (but are not limited to) top tier strategy consulting, investment banking or another deep tech venture.</li><li>Has a commercial mindset and is eager to close deals. </li><li>Has experience in business planning, deal structuring and market research. Hands-on excellence in Excel and Powerpoint - you’ll be doing a lot of storytelling. </li><li>Has hands-on mindset and thrive on ambiguity.
