Existing knowledge about electric systems, renewables (solar) and / or willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the field is mandatory.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within indirect sales channels (distributors, authorized dealers) for electro-mechanical equipment.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Background in solar, energy systems, high-tech, or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus.</li><li>Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and partners, execute territory planning, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to generate accurate sales forecasts by analysing partner data, market trends, and competitive insights.</li><li>Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive engagement.</li><li>Travel &amp; Location: Virtual office setup with access to a major metropolitan airport; ability to travel up to 50%.</li><li>Legal Requirements: Must have the right to reside and work in Australia.</li></ul><div> </div></div>
