Let’s dive in: <ul><li>Lead the concept development and architecture design of advanced microgrid systems (PV/Wind, EV charging, energy booster stations).</li><li>Define and implement control strategies, communication networks, and EMS platforms for integrated energy systems.</li><li>Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with international standards.</li><li>Monitor global trends and contribute to the strategic direction of microgrid technologies.</li><li>Mentor and coach engineers in energy storage, power electronics, and system control.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to influence key design decisions and define the technical roadmap.</li><li>Drive R&amp;D initiatives in system integration and intelligent control.</li><li>Ensure alignment with IEC/GB standards and utilize tools like PSCAD or MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and modeling.</li></ul> Your profile That sounded exciting, right? Now, to make sure you thrive in this role, we’d love for you to bring the following background: <ul><li>Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in microgrid design, energy system integration, or power system R&amp;D.</li><li>Proven expertise in on/off-grid control, multi-energy coupling, black start, and EMS integration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IEC/GB standards and simulation tools such as PSCAD or MATLAB/Simulink.</li><li>English C1; Arabic or Chinese are a plus.</li><li>Experience with international or Middle East projects is highly valued.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a product- and innovation-oriented mindset.</li></ul> Why us?
