This role provides support for purchase acquisitions, administers land agreements across numerous projects, assists in developing new outreach processes with various internal teams, serves as a liaison to other Land Administrators, offers guidance on contractual terms when requested, and helps prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.Key Accountabilities<ul> <li>Manages real estate payment obligations for assigned projects and sets up landowner agreements in Pandell software and documents status in departmental Check Log, to ensure timely payment of all obligations and provides payment explanation/statements to landowners for assigned projects, where applicable</li> <li>First point of contact for payment related issues. Refers serious issues to management</li> <li>Supports Developer budget inquiries</li> <li>Responsible for cultivating positive landowner relationships for assigned projects</li> <li>Responsive to Landowner Hotline inquiries for assigned projects</li> <li>Travels to landowner meetings to represent Land Admin, for assigned projects</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Educational RequirementsCollege degree preferred Required Work ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience  in real estate/land administration; minimum of five years of experience in land administration related to renewable energy development Additional Requirements<ul> <li>College degree preferred and minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate/land administration; minimum of five years of experience in land administration related to renewable energy development. </li> <li>Advanced research and writing skills.</li> <li>Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Consistently deliver on deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent organizational communication skills (oral and written).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. </li> <li>Travels to landowner meetings to represent Land Admin, for assigned projects</li></ul>The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $108,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.
