Follow BU HSE Test instruction 1LAA000050</li><li>Lead collaboration with customers and project teams to define and clarify complex testing requirements, leveraging client insights to strategically plan and sequence testing activities. Ensure optimal alignment of resources for efficient and effective test setups.</li><li>Manage and oversee comprehensive test procedures to ensure that all products meet specifications and relevant international testing standards, coordinating all testing activities from preparation to completion. Address operational challenges proactively to maintain smooth testing workflows.</li><li>Ensure the overall management and optimal functionality of all testing equipment by directing regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and upgrades. Develop and implement comprehensive plans for equipment enhancements to improve testing capabilities. Deliver timely reporting of test results and operational metrics while maintaining comprehensive documentation for transparency and strategic decision-making</li><li>Contribute to comprehensive failure analyses to identify root causes of product issues, employing systematic evaluation methods.
