(This is a recruitment-linked internship program).</li><li>You will participate in a 12-month rotational program across Hitachi Energy's various businesses and functions, including an optional overseas assignment.</li><li>You will engage in job assignments and project work every 3-6 months to accelerate the development of functional and leadership competencies.</li><li>You will receive coaching, training, and development opportunities such as leadership programs, technical training, industry experience, and exposure to leading-edge technologies</li><li>You will demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork, and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and future leader aspirations.</li><li>You will exhibit a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be willing and able to travel or relocate as required.</li><li>You will support the product marketing organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing commercial and technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
