This position is hybrid and requires coming into our Charlotte office 3 days per week.</span></h2><h2></h2><h2>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><h3></h3><h3>Procurement Risk Governance</h3><ul><li>Support the design and rollout of the Procurement Risk Management Framework, including policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate risk and compliance expectations.</li><li>Maintain the enterprise supplier risk register and ensure timely updates of risk scoring, mitigation plans, and escalation status.</li><li>Partner with Category Managers and Sourcing Leads to perform supplier risk segmentation and due diligence across financial, operational, ESG, and cyber risk dimensions.</li><li>Lead supplier risk assessments during onboarding, renewal, or critical sourcing events.</li><li>Support quarterly risk reviews and facilitate reporting to the Procurement Leadership Team and Enterprise Risk Council.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Risk Monitoring &amp; Analytics</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage dashboards to track supplier financial health, performance trends, and early warning indicators using data from internal systems (SAP S/4HANA, Power BI) and external platforms.</li><li>Consolidate risk intelligence and communicate insights to key stakeholders to inform sourcing decisions.</li><li>Quantify risk exposure and mitigation ROI for inclusion in procurement scorecards and executive dashboards.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Process Integration &amp;
