Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Assure the commercial success of the business by establishing and executing a product strategy across all client segments in key regions around the world.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing product team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, data, methodology, research to develop and deliver product roadmaps through rigorous prioritization and execution.</li><li>Ensure all products have a cohesive and clear Go-To-Market plans that align with the customer needs.</li><li>Together with the Sustainalytics Chief Commercial Officer, jointly develop and execute commercial policy.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.</li><li>Understand the needs of clients in all major markets/regions, conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions.</li><li>Partner with the Business Head of Regulatory Change and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>15+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with a focus on building research or data products</li><li>Experience in Sustainability and Financial Services</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing product teams delivering double digit growth for a $100+ million-dollar business</li><li>Solid Knowledge and/or experience of the pragmatic marketing framework and/or the flywheel effect</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies and product development best practices</li><li>Ability to present complex information at industry events and strategic client meetings</li><li>Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities and challenges</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions</li></ul>Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in-person each week as we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis.
