applying Human and Organizational (HOP) principles that emphasize proactive safety practices and employee engagement.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Conduct operational risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of system-wide corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Enforce policies and procedures related to driver safety and vehicle maintenance.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and procedures.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Monitor and analyze EHS&amp;T performance metrics to identify trends, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul>Basic Requirements:<ul><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EHS&amp;T roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within an operational context.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, OSHA standards and transportation safety regulations.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Proven experience developing and implementing EHS&amp;T programs and policies.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Experience promoting safety culture and implementing human and organizational performance principles.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing abilities.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Strong consulting and systems project management skills.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Ability to work in diverse environments, including offices, laboratories, waste management areas, warehouse settings, and outdoors as needed for scoping and appraisal of high hazard work.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;">This position requires occasional travel to various fleet locations and flexibility to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.</li></ul>Preferred
