Position OverviewThe Head of the Transmission &amp; Distribution (T&amp;D) Division will provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all aspects of the division. This leader will oversee large-scale utility partnerships, negotiate project contracts, and manage materials procurement to ensure successful project execution and long-term business growth. The role requires a seasoned executive with deep experience in the T&amp;D industry, proven negotiation expertise, and strong operational leadership in engineering, procurement, and construction environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the Transmission &amp; Distribution Division, setting vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned with corporate objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with utility partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize project contracts with utility partners, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee materials procurement strategies, securing competitive pricing and reliable supply for major T&amp;D projects.</li><li>Direct project delivery and ensure financial performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.</li><li>Develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the division.</li><li>Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams to deliver on project and organizational objectives.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.</li><li>Represent the division in executive leadership meetings and report on progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.</li><li>15+ years of leadership experience in the utility, energy, or EPC sector, with significant exposure to Transmission &amp; Distribution projects.</li><li>Proven track record in negotiating large-scale contracts with utility or energy sector partners.</li><li>Strong knowledge of T&amp;D project execution, supply chain, and procurement practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Excellent financial acumen and P&amp;L management experience.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.</li></ul>
