AECOM is seeking a Project Architect for our Hunt Valley, Maryland, Building + Places team to work on interesting and challenging projects for a variety of clients. This position is hybrid.The Project Architect will be responsible for the following: <ul><li>Provide technical leadership as a senior architect, working with architects and engineers across various AECOM offices and with AECOM’s subconsultants.</li><li>Develop and oversee architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.) and specifications. Be responsible for quality approvals.</li><li>Work with Project Managers and Discipline Leads to define scope and work plans for design proposals and additional service requests as required.</li><li>Carry through construction administration, from Construction NTP to Close-out.</li><li>Build strong relationships and interactions with clients, consultants, project management, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Mentor mid-level and junior-level architectural designers to develop quality documents.</li><li>Become actively involved in related organizations at the leadership level, promoting AECOM goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.</li></ul>
