We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<h3>Test Planning and Execution</h3>- Creation of test plans and test case descriptions- Planning and setup of test environments- Execution of functional tests, regression tests, system tests, stress tests, and automated tests for embedded systems- Analysis and documentation of test results- Collaboration with developers to resolve issues- Maintenance of defect databases and test documentation- Contribution to the further development of test methods and tools<h3>Team Collaboration</h3>- Participation in design and code reviews- Close coordination with development and quality assurance teams<h2>Qualifications</h2>- Completed Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification- Experience in testing firmware and application software- Familiarity with unit testing- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python)- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)- Experience with tools such as Git/Bitbucket, TestRail, and Jira- Analytical thinking and structured working approach- At least 5 years of professional experience in software testing<h2>Desirable Skills</h2>- Experience with DevOps- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS)- Experience with hardware testing tools (e.g., oscilloscope, logic analyzer)- Experience with agile development methodologiesJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
