We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing &amp; Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals. As the Head of Marketing &amp; Events, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing high-profile events that align with our organization's goals and enhance our brand presence in the UAE market.<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement</li><li>Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence</li><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns</li><li>Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets</li><li>Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing efforts</li><li>Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities</li><li>Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership</li></ul>
