Fourier engineers work in a hands-on, collaborative environment to solve problems and push progress forward. Qualified candidates should have prior hands-on experience working in an industrial company, helping to ensure customer success.<h2>Roles and responsibilities</h2><ul style=""><li>Responsible for the Process Design of Fourier electrolyzer stackups</li><li>Responsible for planning, integrating, and ensuring compatibility at customer sites</li><li>Ensure that the Fourier Electrolyzer meets and exceeds customer safety and performance expectations</li><li>Design and prototype tools to help with deployment</li><li>Be able to effectively communicate, collaborate, and partner with the Engineering team to collect and analyze data to improve system performance</li><li>High level of problem-solving ability to quickly debug on-site issues</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required:<ul style=""><li>B.S. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>8+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Hands-on work with gas and/or water piping and valve selection</li><li>Hands-on experience in the development and deployment of novel chemical systems</li><li>Solid understanding of Process Safety Management requirements (PHA; HAZOP)</li><li>Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, OSHA, EPA)</li><li>Great communicator and execution ability in high-pressure situations</li><li>Willingness to frequently travel to customer sites</li></ul>Preferred:<ul style=""><li>Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D) in Chemical Engineering or relevant field</li><li>Experience in the following areas:<ul style=""><li>Electrolyzer experience</li><li>Analyzing energy systems</li><li>Working with hydrogen or similar gases</li><li>Equipment commissioning experience at chemical facilities</li></ul></li></ul><h2>What we offer</h2><ul style=""><li>Fully paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage</li><li>Competitive salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience</li><li>401k</li><li>Diverse and inclusive work environment</li><li>Paid sick days and vacation</li><li>Free lunches on-site</li></ul>
