You’ll be the go-to escalation point for live contracts and will deputise for the Head of Customer Contracts when needed. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction, manage contract specifications, and support key factory processes and customer visits.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a commercially astute leader with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer experience. You’ll bring experience in contract management within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team while working under pressure.
