This role is ideal for someone with experience in online learning, content development, and educational technology who enjoys working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.<h2>What You'll Do</h2>Instructional Design Support<ul style=""><li>Assist in the design, development, and revision of learning materials, including e-learning courses, trainings, assessments, and instructional guides</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging and accessible learning experiences</li><li>Ensure instructional content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning best practices</li><li>Conduct quality assurance audits on courses for clarity, accessibility, and accuracy</li><li>Assist in localizing educational content by utilizing subtitle files, ensuring accessibility and consistency across multiple languages</li></ul>LMS Administration<ul style=""><li>Upload, test, and maintain courses and learning materials in the LMS</li><li>Report on learner enrollments, course assignments, and overall engagement as needed</li><li>Monitor course performance and provide basic technical support to users</li></ul>General Support<ul style=""><li>Track project timelines and provide regular updates to the Education Team</li><li>Assist with compiling and analyzing learner feedback</li><li>Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve the learning experience</li></ul><h2>We'd Like to See</h2><ul style=""><li>2+ years of experience in instructional design, online education, or LMS administration</li><li>Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., <a href="http://Parta.io">Parta.io</a>, Articulate, Captivate, etc.)</li><li>Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb, Skilljar, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise software (GSuite), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field preferred</li></ul><h2>Contract Details</h2><ul style=""><li>Hours: 20 hours per week</li><li>Contract Type: Fixed-term</li><li>Compensation: $25/hr</li><li>Duration: 6 month contract - potential for extension based on business needs and performance</li><li>Location: Remote - United States</li></ul><h2>Life at Worldly</h2>Our team is motivated to transform the way products are made.
