You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important task: <ul><li>Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.</li><li>Support Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts. </li><li>Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, sales team to make sure projects will be delivered smoothly and successfully.</li><li>Communicate with customer on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.</li><li>Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on weekly/monthly basis.</li><li>Issue commercial invoices, work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection on weekly basis.</li><li>Manage credit insurance line and control the payment risk of shipments.</li><li>Build &amp; maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, leverage reporting opportunities and improve processes.</li></ul> Your profile Do you sound interested, but aren't sure what your background should look like? Here is what you'd need to feel agile during the job: <ul><li>Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus.</li><li>Experience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued</li><li>Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or above.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Italian business administration</li><li>Fluent in Italian &amp; English, both in speaking and writing at least C1.
