Reunion is a great place to learn from clean energy finance experts, while playing a critical role in financing clean energy projects such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.<h2>About the role</h2>As we scale rapidly to meet demand, we’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to help us lead high-impact transactions, expand sales operations, and uncover new growth opportunities through partnerships. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to get an incredible amount done in a short amount of time, and has a track record of successfully tackling large and complex projects. <h2>What you’ll do</h2>Manage Relationships with Key Strategic Accounts and Partners<ul><li>Manage a set of key enterprise accounts looking to purchase tax credits. Develop a strategy for each account, and serve as the primary day-to-day contact</li><li>Work closely with tax credit sellers (both project developers and manufacturers) to get onboarded onto the Reunion platform</li><li>Develop a playbook for strategic partnerships, including prioritization of who to work with and how to engage with each type of partner</li></ul>Supercharge Sales &amp; Revenue Operations<ul><li>Design and optimize our sales playbook, with input from key team members</li><li>Build and scale internal systems that accelerate our ability to prioritize customers and drive execution</li><li>Develop metrics and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability across the sales funnel</li></ul>Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives<ul><li>Work closely with founders on strategic projects such as company positioning, messaging, and content</li><li>Collaborate with Reunion founders and leadership team to identify and plan new product offerings and partnerships</li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team on annual planning, investor reporting, and using metrics to drive key decisions</li></ul><h2>What you’ll need</h2><ul><li>6 to 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment such as a clean energy developer, financial institution, consulting, or a fast-growing startup</li><li>Proven track record leading complex transactions, with the ability to get into the details and also see the big picture </li><li>A track record of accomplishment in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfort using technology and other hacks to get a lot done with limited resources</li><li>NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer.
