You’ll work closely with the leadership team on some of our most critical initiatives, and will be empowered to take on increasing ownership and lead projects.</p><p>Our ideal candidate is highly effective at prioritizing and focusing their efforts to deliver significant impact quickly, and has a track record of contributing to large and complex projects.</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><h3><strong>Support Strategic Transactions &amp; Partnerships</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Assist in negotiations with corporate tax credit investors and clean energy developers</p></li><li><p>Support the development of a partnership playbook — including who to engage with and how</p></li><li><p>Help manage relationships with tax credit investors, project developers, and industry partners</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Strengthen Sales &amp; Revenue Operations</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Contribute to the design and optimization of our sales playbook, in collaboration with key team members</p></li><li><p>Help build and improve internal systems to prioritize customers and drive execution</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to increase visibility and accountability across the sales funnel</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Contribute to Strategic Growth Initiatives</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Support the identification and launch of new growth channels through partnerships, content, and other strategies</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Reunion leadership team on new product planning and development</p></li><li><p>Assist with annual planning, investor reporting, and tracking key growth milestones</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h2><ul><li><p>2 to 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a fast-growing startup</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of taking ownership, spotting issues early, and implementing solutions</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in customer-facing environments, including call participation, follow-up, and coordination</p></li><li><p>A growth mindset and the drive to go above and beyond — you’re someone who <strong>seeks out steep learning curves and runs toward big challenges</strong></p></li><li><p><em>NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer.
