World Changing Company of the Year award in multiple categories.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li> <strong>Operational Support:</strong> Own recurring workflows (report updates, task queues, vendor follow-ups, inventory/PO trackers). </li><li> <strong>Data &amp; Reporting:</strong> Clean and reconcile data across CRM/ATS/finance tools; publish weekly dashboards and ad-hoc analyses. </li><li> <strong>Process Execution:</strong> Document SOPs; enforce checklists and SLAs; spot bottlenecks and propose fixes. </li><li> <strong>Cross-Team Coordination:</strong> Schedule and track handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Install/Ops, and CS; keep owners accountable. </li><li> <strong>Systems Hygiene:</strong> Maintain permissions, fields, lists, and automations across core tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Notion). </li><li> <strong>Quality Control:</strong> Run pre-flight checks on proposals, contracts, orders, and shipments; catch errors before they hit customers. </li><li> <strong>Special Projects:</strong> Tackle one-off projects (venue logistics, launch ops, vendor research) with clear plans and timelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p><ul><li> 0–2+ years in operations, program coordination, or analyst-style work (internships count). </li><li> Exceptional detail orientation; habit of closing loops and documenting decisions. </li><li> Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups/pivots), quick with Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new tools. </li><li> Clear written and verbal communication; proactive follow-through. </li><li> Bias for action; thrives in changing priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></p><ul><li> Exposure to CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) or basic SQL. </li><li> Startup experience or field/service operations exposure.</li></ul>
