Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, the Business Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that shape pricing strategies, unlock market opportunities, and contribute to consistent year-over-year organic growth.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Analyze transactional pricing data to identify inconsistencies, margin leakage, and improvement opportunities across regions and product lines</li><li>Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and tools to support sales teams during quotation and negotiation processes</li><li>Build business cases and statistical models to reinforce value-based premiums and support new product introductions</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update customer and country profiles and identify new market opportunities</li><li>Perform market segmentation and value chain analysis using both internal and external data sources</li><li>Support the implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsWhat sets you up for success<ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience in business analysis focused on pricing, market insights, and technical/commercial evaluations within B2B capital-intensive equipment sectors and/or top-tier consulting firms</li><li>Fluency in Italian and English</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SA</li></ul> Bonus points if you have…<ul><li>Strong commercial and financial acumen</li><li>Knowledge of a third language</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into market and pricing insights</li><li>Ability to translate business strategies into measurable performance improvements (top and bottom line)</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
