Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing: You will lead Helion’s Accounts Payable function, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments, while building scalable processes that can keep pace with a rapidly growing company. You will report to the Controller, and this is an onsite role at our Everett, WA office. You Will: <ul><li>Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, from invoice processing and payment execution to reporting and controls </li><li>Develop and lead AP team that supports Helion’s operations </li><li>Collaborate across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency </li><li>Oversee Helion’s corporate credit card and travel &amp; expense programs, including policy development and system administration in Ramp </li><li>Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, system enhancements, and KPI reporting in partnership with the Controller and CFO </li><li>Support external financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and tax requirements, including annual 1099 filings </li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>8+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including 3+ years in a management role </li><li>Proven success leading AP functions in high-growth, technology-driven environments </li><li>Hands-on experience with Tipalti and/or Ramp, including process design and optimization </li><li>Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and spend management best practices </li><li>Experience preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash forecasts </li></ul>#LI-Onsite <div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
