As part of a rapidly expanding manufacturing and R&amp;D environment, the Finance team plays a critical role in driving strategic decisions and ensuring efficient use of resources.</p><p>Illinois Manufacturing plant in Manteno, IL. This role will oversee cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, and internal controls for the site. The Plant Controller will serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and Operations leadership, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with production, quality, and cost efficiency goals.
