<p><strong>Senior Manager, Partner Marketing</strong></p><p>EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. We accomplish this through innovative software and program management solutions that harness millions of distributed energy resources, enabling utilities to support more renewables and rely less on fossil energy.</p><p>The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will be responsible for leading the team that creates, productizes and delivers B2C marketing services to our 120+ utility clients. This is an excellent opportunity to combine marketing expertise and client management skills towards the transition to a clean energy future.</p><p>What you’ll do:</p><ul><li>Lead the team responsible for delivering marketing services and support to utility clients, driving device enrollment and retention in coordination with other senior leaders</li><li>Own the standardization and productization of marketing offerings, while also facilitating one-to-one support for key clients</li><li>Develop creative, efficient, and effective strategies for utility clients to leverage their own marketing channels</li><li>Forge strategic partnerships with Client Success and other stakeholders to assess client marketing needs and deliver measurable outcomes</li><li>Oversee process development and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of marketing services at scale</li><li>Drive the development of marketing knowledge base content and case studies to support client outcomes and position EnergyHub as an industry leader</li><li>Identify and champion opportunities to grow revenue through add-on marketing services</li><li>Utilize business intelligence and web analytics tools to define and track goals, uncover opportunities, and build a better understanding of end customers</li><li>Foster the professional growth of team members by developing their project management, marketing and presentation skills</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>What we expect from you:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field</li><li>6-8 years of marketing experience, including client facing experience and 2+ years of people management experience</li><li>Strong relationship management and presentation skills in client facing roles</li><li>A knack for distilling complexity into easy-to-understand insights</li><li>Energy industry knowledge is a plus, or a track record of rapidly acquiring domain knowledge in a similarly complex vertical</li><li>Excellent ability to develop talent and mentor team members</li><li>Intrapreneurial spirit with an ability to identify client needs and devise solutions</li><li>Ability to stay organized while overseeing a broad scope of projects with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.</p><p><strong>Why work for EnergyHub?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Collaborate with outstanding people</strong>: Our employees work hard, do great work, and enjoy collaborating and learning from each other. </li><li><strong>Make an immediate impact</strong>: New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
