Your main objective will be to execute against established strategies, manage the flow of day-to-day activities, and identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen operational processes. You will support the team by ensuring procedures are followed consistently, operational goals are met, and metrics are tracked with accuracy.In this role, you will focus on operational execution first, while also proposing and implementing incremental improvements that drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and leadership to align your work with the broader operational strategy, ensuring that our delivery network runs seamlessly and consistently delivers on performance targets.JOB DUTIES<ul style=""><li>Oversee and execute daily deployments by coordinating between Field Agents and Piloting teams to ensure on-time robot operations.</li><li>Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time, escalating problems as needed to minimize service disruptions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by reinforcing adherence to established workflows, safety protocols, and quality measures.</li><li>Open or close depots in accordance with scheduled shift.</li><li>Track and report key operational metrics (deployment efficiency, service uptime, utilization, etc.) to measure efficiency and highlight areas for improvement.</li><li>Implement new processes and protocols as directed, ensuring successful rollout, team adoption, and compliance across all operational teams.</li><li>Assist the Sr. Operations Supervisor in daily decision-making to help prioritize resources, balance workloads, and execute test plans.</li><li>Support onboarding and training of new Operations Associates, ensuring consistency in role expectations, SOPs, and performance standards.</li><li>Provide ad hoc operational support across field operations, piloting, and project initiatives to maintain continuity of service and execution.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, &amp; SKILLSRequired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service)</li><li>Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude toward challenges.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as operations require.</li><li>Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles as needed.</li><li>Valid U.S. driver’s license.</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment</li><li>Experience with schedule creation, resource planning, or forecasting</li><li>Direct customer-facing experience (field or service-based)</li><li>Ability to analyze data and report on operations through Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)</li><li>Strong passion for efficiency, innovation, and robotics</li></ul>Additional Information<ul style=""><li>This role is onsite and field-based, with ad hoc movement between depots, deployment zones, and customer locations. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required to support deployments and testing schedules.</li><li>Safety compliance: Adherence to PPE rules, strict cell phone protocols, and dress codes (high-visibility vests, safe footwear) is mandated.</li><li>Operations Coordinators must be prepared to perform duties in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.</li><li>This role may require the operation of company vehicles or e-bikes for work-related purposes.
