Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager

We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.&nbsp;Summary:&nbsp; The Sourcing &amp; Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing supply chain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with Spare Parts and O&amp;M project teams, HSQE, legal, insurance, and other groups to procure services, materials, and equipment to support spare part sales and successful O&amp;M projects for wind, solar and battery storage.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Leads localization of spare parts sourcing within the United States to reduce risk, cost, and lead times.</li><li>Identifies reconditioning and refurbishment capabilities within United States.</li><li>Develops Supply Chains to support new and existing technologies.</li><li>Utilizes sales and spare parts data to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.</li><li>Assesses supplier commercial positions, quantify pricing, lead time, and tariff exposure. Creates and owns database and matrix.</li><li>Partners with the Spare Parts Business Manager to mitigate risks from material supply through to spare parts sales.</li><li>Creates and approves purchase orders in line with company policies.</li><li>Supports O&amp;M and Asset Management teams with management of spare parts, fleet, tools, PPE and inventories.</li><li>Drives supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.</li><li>Works with the global team to maintain and update pricing database.</li><li>Identifies opportunities to leverage data to optimize sourcing, supplier mix, and cost management.</li><li>Supports inventory management processes to balance availability and working capital.</li><li>Works with global team to manage imports, ETA and external suppliers to track deliveries and expediting. </li><li>Supports development and implementation of local supply chain policies.</li><li>Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.</li><li>Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies &amp; Procedures.</li><li>Coordinates cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.</li></ul>&nbsp;Safety: <ul><li>Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.</li><li>Leads by example to show that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working.</li><li>Accountable to continually reinforce safe behaviors and correct “at risk” behaviors.</li><li>Adheres to and ensures all site team members understands standard operating procedures.</li><li>Leads and supports the site team in technical, quality and safety, utilizing systems in place.</li></ul>&nbsp;Leadership: <ul><li>Fosters and demonstrates a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations.</li><li>Manages one or more facilities or direct reports.</li><li>Participates in hiring and selection process to fill positions on the team.</li><li>Communicates regularly with direct reports on goals, accomplishments, and information on policies.</li><li>Demonstrates leadership and expertise in eyes of client group. </li><li>Employee Development:</li></ul><ul><li>Provides tasks and assignments that challenge and stretch employees’ responsibilities.</li><li>Conducts regular discussions with employee(s) on personal development. Comfortable with empowering others.</li><li>Conducts timely, effective performance reviews in accordance with RES guidelines. </li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications: <ul><li>Highschool/GED Required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or relevant field preferred.</li><li>5+ years of supply chain management or project management in onshore or offshore wind roles experience required.</li><li>3+ years of related supervisory experience required.</li><li>Functional competencies include prioritization, teamwork, customer focus, communication, and attention to detail.</li><li>Domestic travel 5-15%.</li></ul>&nbsp;Anticipated base salary range:&nbsp;$90,000 – 125,000<div>The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
