Let’s dive in: <ul><li>Act as Sungrow’s primary technical representative for utilities, TSOs, and DNOs on grid compliance, cyber security, and interconnection matters.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with TSOs and DNOs to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.</li><li>Support internal teams and customers in resolving grid compliance issues with relevant authorities.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation, compliance reports, and certification packages.</li><li>Represent Sungrow in industry forums, working groups, and regulatory discussions to shape future standards.</li><li>Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments related to TSO/DNO compliance schemes.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D to integrate compliance features into our product hardware and software.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party technical advisors and contribute to shaping our grid strategy across PV + ESS and Smart Energy portfolios.</li></ul> Your profile That sounded exciting, right? Now, to make sure you thrive in this role, we’d love for you to bring the following background: <ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in grid compliance and utility-scale renewable energy projects.</li><li>Proven track record working with TSOs and DNOs, including regulatory submissions and operational compliance.</li><li>Established professional network within the utility and regulatory landscape.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience representing companies in industry forums or regulatory discussions.</li><li>Solid understanding of grid codes, cyber security, interconnection requirements, and certification standards.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.</li><li>German and English C1; other European languages are always a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly across the region.</li></ul> Why us?
