Here is what you will be doing:The Senior Architect serves as a fully capable professional in an architectural design team. The Senior Architect plans, (including budget + resources), schedules, organizes, coordinates and executes the design work on any/all phases of development on small to medium scale projects (or distinct portions of larger projects), with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member. Technical Excellence:<ul><li>Architectural Design,  Manage BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness &amp; accuracy)</li><li>Design co-ordination (within  Architecture &amp; Cross Discipline), Design co-ordination (within Engineering &amp; Cross Discipline)</li><li>Design Delivery (Design Brief compliance, co-ordination, completeness &amp; accuracy)</li><li>Guiding and management of team &amp; junior staff, Client engagement, Team Leadership, Value Engineering, Mentoring</li></ul>
