We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join us at our Panama City office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, documenting, implementing, monitoring and improving the Quality functions for multiple programs and projects.Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Development of project and program Quality plans, procedures and guides to improve our delivery.</li><li>Ensuring that AECOM quality management systems are being followed, and evidence is recorded and maintained.</li><li>Ensures that the quality standards established in the contract are met.</li><li>Functions as the primary point of contact and liaison with the client for all quality control related issues.</li><li>Implements and/or manages the keeping of all quality control records and ensures that required reporting is accomplished.</li><li>Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the status of the project development, and outstanding review comments for managing quality deliverables.</li><li>Ensure successful quality control and assurance aspects of the project deliverables.</li><li>Perform Quality Audits and Surveillances.</li></ul>
