Our BDAs are specialists in conducting in-depth research on prospects and finding innovative ways to set up meetings with our core customers, which are predominantly Environmental, Health, and Safety professionals. You are responsible for initiating quality sales conversations that ultimately lead to new business, helping to scale revenue at Encamp.What you'll do<ul><li>Become highly proficient in environmental compliance and the industries you will target Partner with our Account Executives to build joint outreach strategies</li><li>Research target accounts and conduct highly personalized email and phone outreach</li><li>Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings between our Account Executives and our target prospects</li><li>Generate prospect's interest by articulating the benefits of our environmental compliance platform</li><li>Partner with Marketing to deploy Account Based Sales / Account Based Marketing programs Help us iterate on our outbound prospecting playbook and run A/B testing on messaging that peaks customers’ attention</li><li>Leverage our extensive sales tech stack, track activity thoroughly in our CRM system, and document solid prospect background to ensure a high-quality transition into the sales process</li></ul>We're definitely looking for you if you have:<ul><li>You have experience at a growth-stage startup</li><li>You've studied or have some familiarity with environmental services.</li><li>You're empathetic and can clearly sympathize with pain points from multiple perspectives.</li><li>You think big. You can pitch a vision and keep folks engaged.</li><li>You've got an appetite for knowledge and are constantly learning from people.</li><li>You're environmentally curious. Or just curious in general.
