Make sure the payment accurately and on time; Assist HR supervisor on annual budget, annual bonus and merit;</li><li>Implement social insurance, housing fund, Tax and commercial insurance declaration and payment; Process the industrial injury procedure if any;</li><li>Maintain employee master data in HRIS and provide data/reports accordingly;</li><li>Filing the employee documents which is provided by HR recruitment, and ensure the documentation management accord with the requirements from internal audit;</li><li>Conduct employee exit procedure. </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>At least 3 year’s HR experience on C&amp;B function in wholly foreign invested factory.</li><li>Familiar with labor law and human resource management regulation.</li><li>Have good knowledge on C&amp;B related fields and proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
