This role supports both new product launches and ongoing improvements, working cross-functionally with engineering teams to solve complex challenges and optimize manufacturing operations.<h3></h3>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Collaborate with suppliers to meet technical, quality, and delivery goals.</li><li>Support new product introductions and design changes.</li><li>Lead value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Analyze supplier processes and data to improve quality and reduce cost.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, audits, and risk mitigation efforts.</li></ul>What You Need<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Fiber Optic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of engineering or supply chain experience.</li><li>Strong skills in technical sourcing, lean manufacturing, and project leadership.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and resolve design conflicts.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
