Job Description<div><div>We are looking for a Senior Director, Performance Marketing who will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media strategy and execution across digital and retail channels. This leader will allocate and optimize the marketing budget across search, social, programmatic, and retail media to deliver measurable growth. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
