You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, Sales Analysts, content creators, and stakeholders across the business to help bring campaigns to life and drive measurable results.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, digital promotion, email deployments, landing pages, and campaign reporting.</li><li>Assist in event and webinar coordination, from planning logistics to managing invites (e.g. data sourcing, meeting/registrant tracking), registration pages, and follow-up communications.</li><li>Help draft, proofread, and format marketing materials such as emails, social posts, slides, and one-pagers.</li><li>Collaborate with the content, digital, and design teams to ensure timely production and delivery of campaign assets.</li><li>Maintain campaign timelines and documentation, tracking deliverables across teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.</li><li>Support website updates and content uploads via CMS.</li><li>Assist in compiling and analyzing basic performance metrics from Microsoft D365, Microsoft Teams Webinar, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms.</li><li>Coordinate marketing updates and asset and data sharing with business development, advisory, and sales teams.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in marketing or events, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with (or willingness to learn) tools such as D365, Project Management (<a href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>), CMS platforms (Drupal), Google Analytics, Canva, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Clear, concise communication skills and comfort working with global teams across time zones.</li><li>A collaborative mindset—ready to take initiative and jump in wherever needed.</li><li>Industry experience or passion for energy, sustainability, and market transformation is a plus.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">Trio is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
