As the Company continues on its journey, the successful candidate will have experience implementing and complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and is comfortable with the rigid reporting requirements of an SEC-registrant.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li><b>Financial Management and Reporting</b><b>:  </b>Consolidate and prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.  Compliance will include overseeing the annual financial statement audit, 401(k) audit, 409(a) valuations, and tax reporting.</li><div><br></div><li><b>Cost Accounting</b>:  Oversee the cost accounting team, developing cost accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring consistency in cost accounting practices.
