You will develop the strategic playbook for this territory, supported by a dedicated team of Business Development Specialists, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.</span><span> </span></p><p> </p><h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li><span>You will act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how our solutions drive tangible digital transformation for enterprise clients.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Using your industry knowledge and network in <strong>Processing industry (Oil &amp; Gas, Chemical, etc)</strong>, you will take full ownership of the sales process—from planning and prospecting to cultivating and closing strategic accounts.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You will be responsible for creating market presence, developing targeted account strategies, and managing complex sales engagements.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You will build a deep understanding of your clients' organizations, identifying key stakeholders and their unique business challenges.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You will foster strong, trusted relationships, advocating for your clients' needs and ensuring their long-term success.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You will guide clients through their journey, using our portfolio of case studies and best practices to clearly demonstrate the value of our technology.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You will collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to achieve collective goals.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p> </p><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li><span>A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle for enterprise software solutions, with a </span><span>proven track record of selling into the <strong>Processing Companies, such as Oil &amp; Gas or Chemical sector.</strong></span><strong><span> </span></strong></li></ul><ul><li><span>Practical experience in rolling out and scaling SaaS platforms across large organizations.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>It will be great that you have a solid understanding of digital transformation, particularly in the context of facility or factory digitalization, to build credibility with technical stakeholders.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>A natural drive for hunting new business, from initial contact through proof-of-concept and multi-stakeholder negotiation.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>A balanced approach that blends strong determination with a consultative and strategic sales style.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>A passion for technology, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills in English, other language skill, like French, Dutch, Deutsch will be a great plus.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You are based in or willing to relocate to </span><span>the Netherlands or Germany.</span></li></ul><p> </p><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3><p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Kim (she/her).
