You will lead a large, diverse team of 40-50 direct reports, comprising both direct employees and contract labor. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring strong operational expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment ranging from prototyping and trials to high-volume production. You will ensure that all production goals are met on time and act as the vital link between associates and the Associate Production Manager to maintain a continuous improvement culture.This role will be located at<a href="https://formenergy.com/form-factory-1/"> Form Factory 1</a> in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is available.<h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Production Leadership &amp; Oversight: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the GDE production line for the night shift to meet all production, quality, and safety targets.</li><li>Large Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of 40-50 direct employees and contract labor. Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.</li><li>Complex Process Management: Oversee production activities that include a variety of manufacturing techniques, such as batch processes, roll processing, and discrete part manufacturing.
