To navigate the complexity of our roles and successfully close them, you need to have a solid commercial understanding and demonstrate proven negotiation skills. You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders regardless of their position or background across all levels of the organisation (that being said, there is very little hierarchy at Fastned). Outstanding communication skills are key here. You know how to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people and processes.
