Your mission <ul><li>Lead and develop Prewave’s finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.</li><li>Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support company growth.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.</li><li>Partner with the Founders and leadership team to shape strategic decisions with financial insights.</li><li>Optimise cash flow management and oversee treasury, working capital, and funding requirements.</li><li>Build scalable finance processes and systems as the company expands. </li><li>Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Business Operations teams to ensure financial best practices across the organisation.</li><li>Support fundraising activities and investor relations when required.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role</li><li>Ideally your experience has been gained in SaaS, scale-ups, or other fast-paced environments where you had the opportunity to build and shape the finance function.</li><li>A leader who cultivates talent, fosters growth, and builds high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong background in FP&amp;A, accounting, and financial operations as well as building out reporting and business intelligence systems.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach - comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.</li><li>Experienced in international finance, multi-entity accounting, and compliance.</li><li>Ideally experience with managing investors and orchestrating funding rounds (Venture Capital, Private Equity, etc.)</li><li>Skilled communicator, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and impact.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining a modern and efficient finance tech stack.
