We need engineers who share this passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy efficient buildings and communities.Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Document Controller to assist our team of multi-disciplined engineers. <h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Document Controller to join our diverse team, based in our Manila office.You will be responsible for ensuring the quality control and organisation of all project documentation, including submitting the documents in a timely manner end ensuring compliance with project requirements.You will also provide advice on records/documents management and develop and implement new processes.The document controller will also be responsible for project related admin support such as formatting of documents, proof reading and other general admin tasks as required.As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with colleagues across multiple offices and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and documents.<h2>The Skills</h2>• Previous experience implementing and maintaining quality/document control systems or record management, ideally on multidisciplinary, large-scale projects, preferably within the Construction, Building or Engineering industry.• Previous change management experience and the ability to bring people along for the journey.• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carry out the processing of documentation – quality assurance.• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.• Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.• Willingness to make recommendations for procedural improvement including elevation of known inefficiencies.• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills.• Good understanding of technical and engineering terminology Job Description Your career at Cundall  We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
