Reporting to the NSW Marketing Activations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand and return point marketing for TOMRA’s network of Reverse Vending Machines and TOMRA owned depots across NSW.This is a hybrid role with 3 days at our St Leonards office.The main duties of this role may include:<ul><li>Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including marketing signage, local area activations &amp; campaigns, local awareness and trial driving activities and all related consumer communications</li><li>Supporting the Marketing Activations Manager with the planning, development, execution, and reporting process for all local area marketing activities</li><li>The coordination of design, artwork, print and installation of site signage</li><li>Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders</li><li>Liaising with TOMRA field teams to ensure marketing compliance</li><li>Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator</li><li>Assisting with the management and execution of social marketing activities for our depots in NSW</li></ul>
