POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Operations Support Collections provides leadership, oversight and coordination of the Company’s hauling operational plans, goals and major initiatives. The position is responsible for the analysis of operational effectiveness, return analyses, functional standardization, and optimization capability, as well as policy and procedure development and implementation for hauling operations. The position is also responsible for collaborating with the learning and talent function to organize training and development of Area teams as well as field hauling leaders. This position and their team will play an active role in supporting Area teams to identify and work through opportunities to improve hauling operations effectiveness.
